This is free

The Mini Stack Audit costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. Completing it does not make you a client and does not commit you to buying anything.

What we will give you

After reviewing your answers we will send you an audit of your current online presence, research on your local competitors, and a summary of what we would recommend building. Any pricing in that summary is an estimate based on what you told us, valid for the period stated on it.

Accuracy

Our recommendations are only as good as the information you give us. Estimates may change if the details turn out to be materially different from what you described.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you send as confidential business information and will not disclose it, whether or not we end up working together.

No guarantee of results

We can build systems that make you easier to find, faster to reach, and simpler to book. We cannot guarantee a specific number of customers or a specific amount of revenue. Anyone who guarantees you that is not telling you the truth.

Your responsibilities

Submit information that is truthful and that you have the right to share. Do not submit anyone else’s confidential information, and do not use this form to send us passwords, card numbers, or government identification numbers — we never need them here.

Engagement

Any actual work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this site is that agreement. Either of us may decline to proceed, for any reason.

Limitation of liability

This free audit is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Support Stack Systems BBLLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from it. Any engagement we enter into is governed by the liability terms in that signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
