What this page collects

Only what you type into it. There are no cookies, no trackers, no analytics, and no advertising pixels on this site.

Where your answers go while you fill it out

They are stored in your own web browser, on your own device, so you can close the page and come back. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press the submit button.

What we do with it

We use your answers to prepare your audit and proposal, to research your local market, and — if you become a client — to build and operate your system. That is the whole list.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, at any price.
• We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not add you to any list you did not ask to be on.
• We do not share it with other clients, including anyone who referred you to us.

Who can see it

Sadiqa Thornton and Support Stack Systems BBLLC. Service providers we use to run the business — hosting, database, and email delivery — process it only as needed to deliver those services, under their own confidentiality obligations.

Changing your answers

After you submit, we email you a private link that reopens your answers so you can update them whenever you like. Anyone holding that link can view and edit that submission, so treat it like a password and do not forward it. Ask us and we will issue a new link and retire the old one.

Edit history

When you change an answer we keep the previous version. That protects you as much as us: nothing you wrote is ever silently lost, and we can always see what a number was before it changed. Ask us to delete your submission and the history goes with it.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions as a business record. You may request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing admin@supportstacksystems.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorized Support Stack Systems personnel can read them.

Children

This service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing submissions will be sent to the email address you gave us.
